Kids grow faster than anyone plans for. If a tee doesn't fit, you have 7 days from delivery to send it back or swap the size.

Ask within 7 days
Open your tracking page (the link in your shipping SMS or email, or the button below) and choose Return. Want a different size? Pick "Size not as expected" and tell us the size you'd like.

We check the request against the conditions below and let you know by SMS or email.

Courier collects
A courier picks the tee up from your door. Keep it folded with the tags on, ready to hand over.

New size or refund
For an approved exchange, we send the new size once the original is on its way back, subject to stock. For refunds, allow 5–7 business days after the return reaches us and passes inspection.

Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll put it right at no cost to you
